Si Juanito B. Dona, Jr. ay isang guro sa isang pribadong paaralan (St. Scholastica's College, Manila), kasalukuyang Secretary-General at huliý 5th Nominee ng Ating Guro Partylist.
Nagtapos ng Master of Arts in Social Science sa Philippine Normal University (1992-1993) at sa Pangasinan State Univeristy naman ang kanyang Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Science.
Nagsilbing trainor, facilitator, at speaker sa mga seminar-workshops in Human Rights Pedagogy na ginanap sa lahat ng rehiyon ng Pilipinas at sa Development of Human Rights Modules para sa elementary and secondary schools sa ilalim ng pagtutulungan ng Department of Education Culture and Sports (DECS) at Jose W. Diokno Foundation, Inc. noong 1993-1998. Naging Delegado sa UNESCO Southeast Asian Seminar-workshop for the Conservation of World Heritage Sites and Monuments na ginanap sa Vigan City.
Nakapag-publish ng Habing Kaalaman at Palaisipan, at Electoral Process Board Game for Social Studies. Co-author ng Kodigo sa Halalan (SSC-Grade School Electoral Process Module).
Isa sa mga founder ng Pambansang Samahan ng mga Guro sa Agham Panlipunan at kasalukuyang opisyal at aktibong miyembro ng Ating Guro Partylist.
